• All players receive: Promos + 7 Booster Packs on entry
• Decks must be built only from the booster packs provided
• Exactly 40 cards per deck
• Up to 4 copies of any card with the same number
• Up to 8 FLIP cards allowed
• Players may bring and use pre-prepared FLIP cards
• Cards in the Support Area may count as any color for cost

• 3 Rounds of Swiss
• 30 minutes per round
