Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Commis Awesome – Vente & Événements pour rejoindre notre équipe. Si tu aimes la bonne ambiance, aider les gens et faire partie de l’action… ce poste est pour toi!

Ton rôle :
-
Accueillir les clients et offrir un excellent service

Aider les joueurs avec leurs questions et leurs achats

Participer au déroulement des événements en soirée et le week-end (tournois, soirées communautaires, etc.)

Effectuer les transactions et garder les étagères bien remplies
-
Maintenir un magasin propre, organisé et accueillant
-
Soutenir l’équipe et contribuer à garder l’ambiance amusante et conviviale
Qualifications :
-
Connaissances de base des jeux de cartes (ex. : Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon)
-
Grande attention aux détails et bonnes habiletés d’organisation
-
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à bien gérer son temps
-
Expérience en gestion d’inventaire ou en traitement de commandes – un atout
-
Compétences de base en informatique pour le suivi de l’inventaire et le traitement des commandes

Awesome Retail & Events Clerk

We’re looking for an Awesome Retail & Events Clerk to join our team. If you love good vibes, helping people, and being part of the action—this is for you!
- Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Basic interest or knowledge of TCGs (Magic, Pokémon, Lorcana, SWU) an asset
- Reliable, responsible, and happy to jump in when needed
- Team player willing to learn and grow
Your Role:
- Welcome customers and offer great customer service
- Assist players with product questions and purchases
- Help run evening and weekend events (tournaments, community nights, etc.)
- Process transactions and keep shelves stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, inviting store environment
- Support the team and keep the atmosphere fun and friendly
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of trading cards (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in inventory management or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
