All orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders for store pickup are ready within one business day of the order
Boutique Awesome will not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages when using the Lettermail shipping option. The option for expedited shipping is available upon checkout, which includes tracking information and fully insures any order.
Note: We may require a few additional business days during periods of high volume of orders, such as the holidays or Black Friday.
Should an issue occur in which the condition of an item ordered differs from the condition we have in stock or we are missing an item to fulfil an order, a member of our staff will contact you to notify you of the situation and offer alternatives to remedy the situation. Despite our best efforts, the products or services available on our website or in-store may have an error regarding the price, be inaccurately described, or be unavailable. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders for reasons including, but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
Customers that have already paid for an order will not be charged if the contents of said order experience an increase in price after the order has been paid. On the rare occasion that a system glitch or an occurrence that is out of our control causes an item to be priced incorrectly, we reserve all rights to offer a full refund for the original order or the item in question.
Orders are limited to 8 copies of a card with the same name per order with exceptions of basic lands and cards that do not have a limit to the number that can be played. (ie. Relentless Rats).
