Boutique Awesome est un magasin de jeux de cartes à collectionner (TCG) convivial et inclusif, passionné par Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Pokémon, et bien plus encore. Nous organisons des événements amusants et engageants pour notre communauté et nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de Magasin dynamique et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités principales :

Diriger et gérer les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, en veillant à offrir un environnement accueillant et inclusif pour tous les clients.

Organiser et animer des événements de petite à grande envergure, incluant tournois et rassemblements communautaires.

Gérer le personnel, encourager une atmosphère positive et favoriser la collaboration.

Superviser la gestion de l’inventaire : commandes, réassort, présentation des produits.

Développer et exécuter des stratégies marketing, particulièrement sur les réseaux sociaux, pour accroître la visibilité du magasin et attirer de nouveaux clients.

Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle et résoudre rapidement et professionnellement les problèmes ou préoccupations.

Maintenir un environnement propre, organisé et agréable.
Qualifications :

Expérience en gestion de détail : Expérience confirmée en gestion dans un environnement similaire.

Connaissance des TCG : Bonne familiarité avec les jeux de cartes tels que Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Pokémon, etc.

Leadership : Excellentes aptitudes en leadership et en mobilisation d’équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et inspirer.

Attitude positive : Approche amicale, accueillante et orientée service client.

Gestion d’événements : Expérience dans la planification et l’exécution d’événements variés.

Marketing : À l’aise avec les plateformes médias sociaux pour le marketing et l’engagement communautaire.

Horaires flexibles : Capacité à travailler les soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés au besoin.

About Boutique Awesome:
Boutique Awesome is a family-friendly, inclusive trading card game (TCG) store passionate about Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Pokémon, and more. We host fun and engaging events for our community and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
- Organize and run small to large-scale events, including tournaments and community gatherings.
- Manage staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining product displays.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, particularly on social media, to grow the store's presence and customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar setting.
- TCG Knowledge: Strong familiarity with trading card games like Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, Pokémon, etc.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor, committed to providing a great customer experience.
- Event Management: Experience in planning and executing events of various sizes.
- Marketing Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement.
- Flexible Hours: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
